Long Term and Short Term Care
We provide residents with all the care and assistance with their daily needs and we offer our residents all the quality services and amenities in a "family style" setting. We have private or companion suites available.
Alzheimer's and Dementia
Chartier is dedicated to the quality of care we provide for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementia. We serve all residents with dignity, respect and compassion. In our facility all doors are monitored by an alarm system with chimes to alert when the doors are opened. Great care is taken to keep all unsafe items in designated safe areas until they are needed.
Respite Care
Chartier offers family members a break from care providing with our respite and Part Time care program. The Chartier Facility is equipped to provide private and companion suites. All doors are alarmed to prevent wandering. And we have a specially trained team to assist person with Alzheimer's and Dementia. If you would like to take a vacation or need some down time, Chartier is here to help you.
Hospice
Residents with hospice have unique care needs that requires our team to have special training to provide for those needs. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the resident.
Independent Living
Chartier has independent living quarters available for residents.
